Jose and his brother Gilson did an amazing job! I had water leaking from a basement window that was caused by water overflowing a spot in the gutter. I had a window well cover but there was a waterfall of water hitting it and water ran down the siding into top of the window seal. There was a small space between the well cover and siding. Jose and crew quickly figured out the gutters were installed incorrectly and pulled away from roof. They fixed and realigned the pitch. Gilson also installed new gutters on my garage and installed a hand made water deflector for the basement well window to prevent any potential future issues. Jose and Gilson were responsive and did a great job at a reasonable price and were very helpful with a few additional small fixes. I will definitely use them again! ~ Chris W

Jose and his team did a great job on all new gutters for my home and garage over the summer. We were able to strategize on where to put downspouts together which I appreciated. Knowing his profession, he gave great tips and advice which was helpful as a homeowner. The work was done pristine and in a timely manner. The crew worked hard and definitely appreciated the water I would offer on the hot day. Take care of the crew, and the crew takes care of you. Months later I had some wind blow off some flashing on said home and a quick call to Jose, and his team were out the same day. I was even in his system from the previous job which felt nice as a consumer and felt responsible as a business owner on his end. After some storm damage revealed poorly done siding that was slapped over old asphalt shingle siding, we decided to re-do our building's entire 3 story enclosed back porch and stairway, as well as install a new, better gutter, along with some tuckpointing. Jesus, Edwin, and team were not only always on time, but communicative, professional, and extremely good at everything they did. Honestly, expectations were exceeded and we're thrilled with the job! The site was left clean, and everything looks fantastic. The process was just how you'd want it to be, smooth sailing. And the cost was very reasonable, you won't feel ripped off. Great service! I initially placed a call for downspout replacement. I received a quote promptly and they were came out the next day. They pointed out areas in my siding that needed replaced. I've had other contractors out to replace pieces of siding but none of them matched my original siding....which was huge eyesore. Was told the color was discontinued by the manufacture which I now know is a lie. Mr. Enriquez showed me siding swatches and I found the exact match to my siding. His team came back a few days later and did an impeccable job at replacing that along with warped siding underneath the gutters on the entire upper part of my home. They're coming back in the spring to take a look at my roof. You won't be sorry if you hire them. They do excellent work! ~ T. B

I contacted this company via the internet after I spent a good amount of time searching for gutter companies on Google and read countless reviews. I received a response within a matter of minutes. I briefly explained that I wanted some modifications done to existing gutters on my home. Edwin said he could come out to give me an estimate the very next day. Sure enough he showed up promptly and within a couple minutes he understood what I wanted and told me he could complete the work right away. The work was completed within 30 minutes and I was very impressed with how quickly everything was done. I also inquired about another job which he said could also be completed the same day if needed. I reached out to Gutters Enriquez to replace inadequate residential style gutters with galvanized commercial gutters on a small apartment building. They responded quickly with an estimate and went to the property the following day to confirm the price, which I thought was very reasonable. They were able to do the work only a few days later, showed up on time, completed the work in less than a day, and left the area I clean upon leaving. They re-roofed over the new gutter flange to ensure a complete system. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them in the future if needed for other properties. ~ Russell W

Gutters Enriquez - Chicago replaced our gutters, downspouts and some tuckpointing on our small multi-family building. This company did an excellent job! Their workers was on time, professional, and detailed in there work. They came on time and yes I said it twice, because I really appreciate contractors showing up when they say they will. We have never replaced the gutters and downspouts on this building, so I was a little anxious about how it would look. But my husband and I are very pleased with the results. I found Gutter Enriquez by conducting a random internet search and I am immensely pleased with their work product. I hired them to replace gutters, soffits and fascia and, upon timely completion of that project, I hired them to replace a flat top garage roof top. They started the second project the day after they completed the first project. Their work is perfection! The work crews start early and work late; they thoroughly cleaned all work areas and removed materials debris exceptionally well. Jose Enrique is a fair business man who repaired my existing gutters. He also replaced missing gutters that were lost and destroyed due to storm damage. He came to the property on time, and gave me a fair estimate. After the work was completed I was very impressed. He didn't charge me more than he quoted, when I could obviously see he did extra work to ensure that his work resembled his business motto of ensuring customers satisfaction. I received three quotes on replacing our flat roof gutter. Besides having a good price, Jose also, told me how he would edge the over hang of the roof to help direct the water and he showed me the gutter sample with the flushing built in as one unit. During the job, I was shown photos along the way and was able to solve another contractor mess up on the roof. The team from Enriquez arrived a few minutes early for the scheduled appointment to clean our gutters. In short, they did an outstanding job on a cold and windy day. They even cleaned the gutter on the garage. Total pros. Highly recommend this company. Also, a team from Enriquez recently removed and replaced the gutters along our front porch to allow rain to flow to the downspout. These guys arrived exactly at the set time of 8 am. We had our bottom gutter, that connects to the drain below the home, come undone due to some plumbing work several months ago. The heavy winds finally blew, the perpendicular, gutters, straight off, be home. We contacted Enrique, who answered immediately, and provided us with a quote based on just three photos. He understood the issue, the space available, and the risks associated. He prompted to provide a quote and scheduled an appointment immediately the following day. Great installation! We needed gutters on a garage at the Noble-Seymour- Crippen House, a historic house owner by the Norwood Park Historical Society. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they came out the following morning. In 2 hours we had 2 nice gutters installed on the garage and they look great. I would describe Gutter Enriquez LLC as a company with integrity. I had been looking near and far, without success, for someone to clean the gutters of my home for months. The original person moved out of IL. During a recent winter rainy Saturday (12/14/24) evening in Chicago, the ceiling of my home started leaking. On Sunday, a friend researched companies and discovered Gutter Enriquez, LLC and I am glad he did. I scheduled the appointment on a Sunday (12/15/24). A technician was at my home on Monday (12/16/24) to clean the gutters, assess roof and recommend work needed. When the work began, the work was complete within a day. The communication, in-person inspection, work day, status checks and follow up, Gutter Enriquez did everything with patience and excellence. I hired Gutter Enriquez to replace the gutters all around my house. They got the work completed in a timely manner and ensured that I was satisfied with the work. I liked that they checked the quality of the work by running water through the gutters to ensure that everything was correctly installed. Highly recommended! Enriquez gutters are extremely punctual & professional.. I hired them in the spring for gutters/window capping. Then followed up hiring them again this fall. After a horrible experience w a garage builder off Facebook marketplace (be careful w random contractors on social media) was doing a horrible job. Fired them.. We had a wonderful experience with Jose and his team. He provided the estimate and completed the work same day. He provided honest, straightforward, fair pricing, with no initial deposit. I’ve dealt with contractors who expect a deposit upfront, with no guarantee if and when the work will be completed, with ridiculous, exorbitant charging combined. I mean where do I start. The day I called they came out the same day. They accessed and gave a great quote. When we were finally ready to get the work done. They did not hesitate. I highly recommend Jose and his crew! We had a large ice damn form over the winter which split our downspout and ripped it from the side of the house. Jose’s team removed the old sections, replaced with new to match, and upgraded our corner downspouts which will now drain properly. They also added heat cables to avoid any problems with ice in the future. The job was done quickly and professionally. And all for a reasonable price! ~ Susan S
